Staff provided a room for me and honored your Internet price even though they had not received any information from you that I had booked online.

Hot tub was nice.
Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in rooms on either side. Booking the room thru Booked.net was a nightmare. The hotel couldn't keep our reservation straight. Constant mixup.

The location was decent, and I appreciated that it wasn't far from local stores. The AC worked well, and I loved the option of firmer pillows for a better night's sleep.

The shower curtain was too short, so every day I'd have to mop up a lot of water that ended up on the bathroom floor after my shower. Otherwise this place was great. The shower curtain issue will not stop me from staying there again should the need arise.

The maintenance man was very pleasant and very helpful to the best of his ability.
The reason for my stay was a family emergency a death in my family, and i can honestly say the only positive experience and interaction was with the maintenance man! The hotel screwed up my reservation, provided me with inaccurate information affecting my stay. When speaking to the manager about my issue, he was very rude and refused to honor what his employee told me. After almost an hour of arguing with the manager and having no choice but to pay for a second night, he discounted 1 night by $10.00!!!! Then when I attempted to wash a load of laundry, the machine took my money. I told the front desk, the maintenance man took a look at the washer and had me put more money in the washing machine, which again it took. So since I had my detergent and clothes in the washer already the maintenance man offered to have house-keeping wash the clothes and told me to go get my money back from the front desk. They didn't refund me all my money because they said I still needed to pay for the washing. This all happened about 2/3p.m. The front desk and maintenence man assured me that soon as housekeeping was done that my clothes would be first priority......WHICH THEY WEREN'T! I tried to be as patient as possible because I knew the housekeepers had a lot to do. Finally, at almost 9p.m. I went again to the front desk to ask what was going on with my clothes and a new person was working that HAD NO CLUE ABOUT MY CLOTHES!!! So just another situation of the hotel not following through with something! The soda machine was sold out of everything, and the pool had no towels.

would come here again
The indoor swimming pool was awesome for the kids, and the Queen Room was super clean with air conditioning, a microwave, refrigerator, and cable channels. Bed was comfy, but the pillows could use an upgrade. Breakfast had great options, but the eggs seemed off. It fit our needs perfectly.

The rooms are new-fashioned and functional here with 2 queen beds, the bathroom plus all the extras. There is plenty of good food for breakfast. The location is easy, right off the I-15.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy with two queen beds. The AC worked well, great for keeping cool. I liked that the pillows were firm, giving me a good night's sleep. The place was also quiet inside, so it was easy to relax. I noticed some weird smells at times, but overall, it was a solid stay.

The room was a nice size and functional!
Units with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was particularly NICE, the check in was easy. The location was best possible, we where close to highway. Local fast food option Panda Express was 5 minutes walk away.

For the price this place was excellent. Very clean and staff were very friendly. The room was a generous size. From the outside you may question the type of property but don't be fooled. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles, a variety of cereal, juice, pastries and breads. I will stay here again when I come up to Salt Lake City to go skiing at Alta / Snowbird. The mountain was 30 min drive at most.

The room was clean and good enough for a nights stay. Not a good location for a multiple nights stay with young kids.
The staff was not friendly at all. The breakfast left much to be desired.
